I and the wife gained weight over the year. The weight gain is not that huge but it was obvious. I gained weight because I am not that stressed from work and the wife gained because she no longer eat alone during the day. She was complaining of appetite loss when eating alone hence she can only eat a lot when I am around.
Lately we noticed we lost weight. Thanks to my job that keeps us awake the whole night. We only have 2 meals because we don’t eat during late nights. We haven’t used any diet pill to lose weight.
